Meditation

There are different methods of Meditation. Some will read on it, others won’t. Some will close their eyes and think on good things, Other’s won’t. Some will make a altar and use incense and candles, as well as chimes, and chamt. But still some wont.
I myself enjoy the beach atmosphere. The water, the sun, and the sand. I enjoy going to the beach in the early evening just before sunset. I love to take off my shoes and walk along the waters edge. The cool wet beach sand between my toes as I walk at a slow pace and observe my surrounds. The smell of the air, and the water. The warmth of the sun on my neck and sholders. The sound of the gulls cry as they fly overhead.

The Sunset itself is a beautiful way to end a long stress filled day. The hue of colors that paint across the western sky are magnificant and breath taking. At that time I am at peace within myself and with the world and my method of Meditation works quite well. I am completely refreshed and ready to tackle the new day.
